Dr. Cynthia Belgum

Dr. Belgum established her Davis dental practice in 1983. Over the years she considers herself very fortunate to get to know wonderful patients who were interested in her focus on health. Together with some excellent hygienists and support staff, she grew the practice by improving dental health. The team’s goal was to develop and maintain long term relationships. She has loved her years working with everyone but was also happy after 39 years to pass the mouth mirror to Dr. Shannon, who is bringing a more technology-based approach to the same problems.

Dr. Shannon Chris

Dr. Shannon Chris is a dedicated and compassionate dentist. She has a bachelors of science in biomedical sciences from California State University Sacramento and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Unversity of Southern California.

Originally from the Fiji Islands, Dr. Shannon has brought her warmth and dedication to her practice. She takes great pleasure and learning of new dental technologies and researches how these can benefit her patient. Her unique background enriches her approach to patient care, blending her island heritage hospitality with top-notch dental expertise.

Dr. Shannon Chris is an active member of the California dental association (CDA) and American dental association (ADA).
In her spare time, you will find her attending quilting classes, during various crafting, spending time with her family and especially her two dogs Rexcel and Rosco (who join her occasionally at the office as therapy pups) and hiking. It is her goal to visit all 63 national parks in the USA.

Dr. Shannon is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to her patients and looks forward to welcoming you in her practice.

Ana

With over 15 years of experience, Ana is an expert in all facets of the dental office. She brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as the Office Manager. Her goal is to ensure that each patient is provided with exceptional dental care and attention. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You’ll most likely find her on the hiking trails, paddleboarding alpine lakes, or camping in our National Parks.

Leo

Leo is a 4th year data science student at University of California, Davis. In his spare time, he enjoys hip hop dance, bouldering and staying active. He has a pet corgi named Miku. Leo loves learning about dentistry and looks forward to welcoming you to the practice.

Jenifer

Jenifer achieved her associate’s degree in science of dental Hygiene from Sacramento City College. She is a great team player and is always open to learning from her team. She is passionate about her work, cares about patients, and loves to make patient visits comfortable with a welcoming and positive attitude. Jenifer enjoys traveling, doing yoga, and spending quality time with her family.

Xin

Xin has been a hygienist since 2008. She is devoted to her patients’ oral health and thoroughly enjoys her career. Outside of work, her other passions include the fun and challenge of planning and carrying out activities for her family such as spontaneous trips, camping and hiking. Her culinary skills bring much pleasure to her family and friends.

Angela

Angela transitioned into being a dental hygienist from a registered dental assistant. She has been a practicing hygienist for 6 years with a strong work ethic. Born and raised in Sacramento, she has 3 children and enjoys spending time with her family. Angela believes in being a team player at the office and enjoys building long lasting trusting relationships with patients.

Anabelle

Anabelle has been in the dental field since 2021 with both front office and back-office experience. She attended Cosumnes River College where she studied Communications and played college softball. Anabelle enjoys being part of an amazing team that help patients have an easy and comfortable experience at the dental office. On her free time, Anabelle enjoys attending sporting events and spending time outdoors with her siblings and 2 dogs.

Paulina

Paulina grew up in Davis. She has a bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine in biological sciences. Her experiences in volunteering at dental clinics expanded her interest for the field. She is currently applying to dental school for a DDS or DMD program. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing the piano, baking and trying new foods.
